A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; modifying a prior appropriation for a capital project
in the city of Chisholm; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14,
subdivision 13.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 13, is amended to
read:
Subd. 13.Chisholm; Film Facility Chisholm City

For a grant to the city of Chisholm to design,
engineer, and renovate Chisholm City Hall,
316 West Lake Street, in the city of Chisholm
into a filmmaking and film education facility.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
