BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services to make grants to Ka Joog to provide culturally specific mental health
awareness and community engagement events throughout Minnesota.
