BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

APPROPRIATION.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, the grant awarded to the Stearns
Coalition of Lake Associations to manage aquatic invasive species under Laws 2021, First
Special Session chapter 6, article 1, section 3, subdivision 3, paragraph (a), is available until
June 30, 2024.
