BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

CONSULTATION GRANTS.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for early childhood mental health consultation grants under Minnesota
Statutes, section 245.4889, subdivision 1, paragraph (b), clause (15).
