BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY STUDY DATA.

conditions of transportation network company drivers pursuant to Executive Order 23-07
that identify a transportation network company driver or transportation network company
rider are private data on individuals as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 13.02,
subdivision 12.
