A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money to History Theatre to renovate
the Crawford Livingston Theatre in the city of St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; HISTORY THEATRE RENOVATION.

new text begin $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to History Theatre for improvements
to the Crawford Livingston Theatre, located at 30 East 10th Street in the city of St. Paul.
This appropriation is onetime and is available until expended or canceled, subject to
Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
