relating to human services; establishing a grant for capital improvements to expand
services for adults with developmental disabilities; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
human services for a grant to Anoka County to make capital improvements to existing space
in the Anoka County Human Services building in the city of Blaine, including making
bathrooms fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act with adult changing
tables and barrier-free access for the purposes of improving and expanding the services an
existing building tenant can provide to adults with developmental disabilities. This is a
onetime appropriation.
