A bill for an act
relating to education finance; modifying the process for approving community
education adults with disabilities programs; requiring reporting; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 124D.19, subdivision 8.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 124D.19, subdivision 8, is amended to read:


Subd. 8.

Program approval.
