A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements to the
Highway 10 corridor between the cities of St. Cloud and Clear Lake.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $36,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
commissioner of transportation for right-of-way acquisition, engineering, and construction
of phase one improvements to the marked U.S. Highway 10 corridor between the city of
St. Cloud and the city of Clear Lake to create a safe, efficient, and accessible highway for
all users with destinations along, across, or through the corridor, including conversion to
access-controlled, grade-separated freeway.
