relating to natural resources; appropriating money for a segment of the Glacial
Lakes State Trail.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin GLACIAL LAKES STATE TRAIL; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $2,800,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to design and construct a segment of the Glacial Lakes Trail, established
under Minnesota Statutes, section 85.015, subdivision 5, from north of Bork Lumber to the
city of Roscoe. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2027.
