BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

public safety to identify and implement evidence-based strategies to reduce juvenile crime
in the metropolitan area, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 473.121, subdivision 2.
