 relating to human services; extending an existing nursing facility rate exception
for a nursing facility in Red Wing, Minnesota; amending Minnesota Statutes 2023
Supplement, section 256R.53, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 256R.53, subdivision 3, is amended
to read:


Subd. 3.

Nursing facility in Red Wing.

located in the city of Red Wing at 1412 West 4th Street is the sum of its direct care costs
per standardized day, its other care-related costs per resident day, and its other operating
costs per day.
