A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for affordable housing in the
city of St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FACE TO FACE; AFFORDABLE HOUSING FACILITY.

new text begin $8,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated to the commissioner of employment and
economic development for a grant to Face to Face to predesign, design, engineer, construct,
furnish, and equip a facility providing 20 units of affordable housing with support services
on-site for young people ages 18 to 24 at 1170 Arcade Street in the city of St. Paul. This
appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject
to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
