A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for rail grade separation projects
in the city of Moorhead.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin RAIL GRADE SEPARATION PROJECTS; MOORHEAD.

new text begin $10,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation
for one or more rail grade separation projects in the city of Moorhead in accordance with
Minnesota Statutes, section 219.016. This appropriation is in addition to the amount
appropriated in Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 2, section 2, subdivision
2, for the same purpose. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or
abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
