BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; I-94 RECONSTRUCTION.

$....... in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the commissioner
of transportation for the predesign, design, engineering, and reconstruction of marked
Interstate Highway 94 between the cities of St. Joseph and Sauk Centre. This is a onetime
appropriation and is available until June 30, 2026.
