BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE GRANTS PROGRAM.

new text begin $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of health for the positive alternative grants program under Minnesota Statutes, section
145.4235. This appropriation is available until June 30, 2025. $6,000,000 is added to the
base for each biennium.
