relating to natural resources; appropriating money to resurface recreational trail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$447,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the all-terrain vehicle account in the
natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Roseau
Lake of the Woods Sportsman's Club, in cooperation with the Northstar Trail Alliance, to
resurface 13 miles of the former railroad right-of-way between Roseau and Warroad. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2026.
