A bill for an act
 relating to public finance; extending and increasing the authorization for the city
of St. Paul to issue capital improvement bonds; amending Laws 1971, chapter 773,
section 1, subdivision 2, as amended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 1971, chapter 773, section 1, subdivision 2, as amended by Laws 1974,
chapter 351, section 5, Laws 1976, chapter 234, sections 1 and 7, Laws 1978, chapter 788,
section 1, Laws 1981, chapter 369, section 1, Laws 1983, chapter 302, section 1, Laws 1988,
chapter 513, section 1, Laws 1992, chapter 511, article 9, section 23, Laws 1998, chapter
389, article 3, section 27, Laws 2002, chapter 390, section 23, and Laws 2013, chapter 143,
article 12, section 18, is amended to read:


Subd. 2. For each of the years deleted text begin 2013 to 2024deleted text end new text begin 2023 to 2035new text end , the city of St. Paul is authorized
