relating to public safety; appropriating money for permanent fencing around the
Savage Police Department.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SAVAGE POLICE DEPARTMENT FENCING.

$264,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of public safety for a grant to the city of Savage for the installation of permanent fencing
around the perimeter of the police department facility in the city of Savage. This is a onetime
appropriation.
