BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COMMUNITY ACTION GRANTS ONETIME
FUNDING.

new text begin $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for community action grants under Minnesota Statutes, sections 256E.30
to 256E.32. This is a onetime appropriation.

FUNDING.
