BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the workforce development fund for the Youthbuild program under Minnesota Statutes,
sections 116L.361 to 116L.366.
