A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for right-of-way acquisition and
construction of marked Trunk Highway 212.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 212
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

new text begin (a) $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
commissioner of transportation for acquisition of right-of-way and construction or
reconstruction of marked Trunk Highway 212 as a four-lane divided highway from Tacoma
Avenue North in Norwood Young America to Lake Street West in Cologne.

new text begin (b) $8,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
commissioner of transportation for acquisition of right-of-way and construction of an
interchange at marked Trunk Highway 212 and County Road 140 in Carver County.

for five years following the year of appropriation.
