BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of natural resources must negotiate with the eight Ojibwe bands
represented on the 1837 Ceded Territory Fisheries Technical Committee to allow at least
two members of the Mille Lacs Lake Fisheries Advisory Committee to attend all meetings
of the 1837 Ceded Territory Fisheries Technical Committee.
