A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for the interchange project at marked
Trunk Highway 610 and marked Interstate Highway 94 in Maple Grove.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $22,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to the city of Maple Grove, Hennepin County, or both, in
amounts determined by the commissioner, to acquire right-of-way, design, engineer, and
construct roadway connections for the interchange at marked Trunk Highway 610 and
marked Interstate Highway 94 in Maple Grove. This appropriation does not require a nonstate
match. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2025.
