 relating to taxes; modifying aids to local governments; using aid reduction for
reimbursement.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin LOCAL GOVERNMENT AID REIMBURSEMENT.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.0124, Anoka County shall have its
calendar year 2023 certified county program aid under Minnesota Statutes, section
477A.0124, increased by $484,650. Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 477A.011
to 477A.03, for aids payable in calendar year 2023, the city of Minneapolis shall have its
certified aid under Minnesota Statutes, section 477A.013, subdivision 9, reduced by $484,650.
