relating to education; prohibiting a critical race theory curriculum requirement;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 120B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin The commissioner of education must not require in rule or otherwise that a school district
or charter school:

new text begin (1) provide students instruction in critical race theory; or

new text begin (2) plan or provide staff development activities that include critical race theory.
