relating to capital investment; appropriating money for an arts center in the city
of St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FUNNY ASIAN WOMEN KOLLECTIVE ARTS CENTER.

new text begin $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Funny Asian Women Kollective
for the acquisition of property, predesign, design, site preparation, preconstruction services,
and renovation of an arts center in the city of St. Paul.
