relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to 30,000 Feet
for youth jobs and academic support.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin 30,000 FEET; YOUTH JOBS AND ACADEMIC SUPPORT.

new text begin $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to 30,000 Feet, a nonprofit
organization, to fund youth apprenticeship jobs, after school programming, and summer
learning loss prevention for African American youth.
