BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CENTRAL MINNESOTA OPPORTUNITY GRANT
PROGRAM.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for the
central Minnesota opportunity grant program established under Minnesota Statutes, section
116J.9922. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2026.
