A bill for an act
 relating to corrections; appropriating money for the Community Corrections Act
subsidy and county probation officers reimbursement.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ACT; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $3,925,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $3,925,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of corrections to be added to the Community
Corrections Act subsidy under Minnesota Statutes, section 401.14.

Sec. 2. new text begin COUNTY PROBATION OFFICERS REIMBURSEMENT;
APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $310,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $310,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of corrections for county probation officers reimbursement
under Minnesota Statutes, section 401.14.
