A bill for an act
relating to commerce; making changes to licensee education; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2020, section 45.33, subdivision 1.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 45.33, subdivision 1, is amended to read:

coordinators and instructors must not:
(1) recommend or promote the services or practices of a particular business;
(2) encourage or recruit individuals to engage the services of, or become associated with,
a particular business;

instructor, coordinator, or education provider;
