relating to state lands; prohibiting conveyance of certain state land in St. Louis
County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

LOUIS COUNTY.

The commissioner of natural resources must not sell, exchange, or otherwise convey
the following parcel of land, known as the Loon Lake Portage:

Part of Government Lot 1 of Section 1, Township 66 North, Range 16 West, in St. Louis
County. Said parcel contains 5.5 acres, more or less, and is approximately shown in
DNR Lease Number LMIS010074.
