BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin An employer who receives an occupational employment statistics survey pursuant to
United States Code, title 29, section 2, is required to provide the department with information
required by the survey for each employee, including but not limited to job title and hourly
or annual wage data.
