A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for wastewater infrastructure
in Oronoco.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ORONOCO; WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $600,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a
grant to the city of Oronoco to acquire land or permanent easements and to predesign and
design wastewater infrastructure to serve the city of Oronoco and the region including the
Oronoco Estates Mobile Home Community. This appropriation does not require a nonstate
match. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject
to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
