BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SENTENCE TO SERVICE.

$1,700,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $1,700,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of corrections to add to the base for sentence to service
grants.
