relating to corrections; appropriating money for additional support and clinical
staff in correctional facilities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2020 and $....... in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of corrections to increase by 176 positions the number of permanent
full-time equivalent support and clinical staff in correctional facilities across the state.
