relating to arts and culture; appropriating money to Minnesota Council on
Disability.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS; MINNESOTA COUNCIL ON DISABILITY.

new text begin $317,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $317,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota Council on Disability to chronicle the role
of Minnesotans with disabilities in the national disability civil rights movement, develop a
museum exhibit on disability history in Minnesota, and host cultural events recognizing the
29th and 30th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act with celebrations in 2019
and 2020.
