relating to public safety; appropriating money for a grant for prosecutor and law
enforcement training.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PROSECUTOR AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of public safety for the Office of Justice Programs
for a grant each year to the Minnesota County Attorneys Association for prosecutor and
law enforcement training.
