A bill for an act
relating to water; appropriating money from the clean water fund for wastewater
treatment system planning.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MOOSE LAKE-WINDEMERE SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM PLAN.

$185,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the Moose Lake-Windemere
Sanitary Sewer District for a comprehensive regional plan to address the collection and
treatment of wastewater in the district to protect and enhance water quality in the region.
