A bill for an act
 relating to county agricultural societies; appropriating money from the arts and
cultural heritage fund for grants to county agricultural societies.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY
GRANTS.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2012 and $....... in fiscal year 2013 from the arts and cultural
heritage fund are appropriated to the commissioner of agriculture for grants to county
agricultural societies for the preservation and improvement of county fair facilities. The
grants shall be in addition to the aid distribution to county agricultural societies under
Minnesota Statutes, section 38.02.
