A bill for an act
relating to education finance; repealing requirement that Department of
Management and Budget require school district state-aid payments to be reduced
prior to state of Minnesota undertaking short-term borrowing for cash flow
needs; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 127A.46.
