BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for the Minnesota investment
fund under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8731. This is a onetime appropriation and
available until spent.
