relating to state government finance; requiring the commissioners of health and
human services to provide fiscal and actuarial analysis; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FISCAL AND ACTUARIAL ANALYSIS.

new text begin The commissioner of health and the commissioner of human services shall provide a
complete fiscal and actuarial analysis of 2010 House File 135 and 2010 Senate File 118 and
shall report this analysis to the chairs of the health and human services finance and policy
divisions in the house of representatives and senate no later than December 15, 2010.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2011 from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for fiscal analysis and $....... is appropriated from the general fund in
fiscal year 2011 to the commissioner of health for actuarial analysis.
