relating to Mower County; appropriating money for loans to homeowners for
septic system upgrades.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture to
be transferred to Mower County for loans to homeowners for upgrading septic systems
under the agriculture best management practices loan program established by Minnesota
Statutes, section 17.117.
