  1.3             relating to the admissibility of testimony; amending 
  1.4             Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 518B.01, subdivision 
  1.5             15. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 518B.01, 
  1.8   subdivision 15, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 15.  [ADMISSIBILITY OF TESTIMONY IN CRIMINAL 
  1.10  PROCEEDING.] Any testimony offered by a respondent, petitioner, 
  1.11  or witness in a hearing pursuant to this section is inadmissible 
  1.12  in a criminal proceeding. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective August 1, 2003.
