  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital investments; providing funding for 
  1.3             dental clinics at Lake Superior Community College and 
  1.4             Northwest Technical College; appropriating money.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LAKE SUPERIOR COMMUNITY COLLEGE DENTAL CLINIC; 
  1.7   NORTHWEST TECHNICAL COLLEGE DENTAL HYGIENE CLINIC; 
  1.8   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.9      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to 
  1.10  the board of trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and 
  1.11  Universities to design and construct a community dental clinic 
  1.12  at Lake Superior Community College in Duluth and design and 
  1.13  renovate the Northwest Technical College dental hygiene clinic 
  1.14  in Moorhead, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.695.  
  1.15     Sec. 2.  [BOND AUTHORIZATION.] 
  1.16     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.17  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue 
  1.18  bonds of the state in an amount up to $1,000,000 in the manner, 
  1.19  upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota 
  1.20  Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota 
  1.21  Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
