  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             removal and restoration of the Rush Creek Dam. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources to remove the dam on Rush 
  1.8   Creek in Chisago County, restore the river channel and 
  1.9   floodplain, and construct off-channel ponds for storm water 
  1.10  retention and recreation.
