  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Duluth to 
  1.3             issue a liquor license for Wade Municipal Stadium. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WADE MUNICIPAL STADIUM; LIQUOR LICENSE.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the city of 
  1.7   Duluth may issue an on-sale wine and malt liquor license in 
  1.8   addition to the number authorized by law for the premises known 
  1.9   as Wade Municipal Stadium, for use during baseball games and 
  1.10  other events sponsored by the Duluth Huskies.  The license may 
  1.11  authorize the sale and consumption of wine and malt liquor in 
  1.12  the grandstand and dining areas of the stadium. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
