  1.3             transfer for Independent School District No. 739, 
  1.4             Kimball. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; KIMBALL.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 
  1.8   123B.80, on June 30, 2004, Independent School District No. 739, 
  1.9   Kimball, may permanently transfer up to $150,000 from its 
  1.10  reserved account for bus purchase, or any successor account, to 
  1.11  its undesignated general fund balance. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
