  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; transferring three state 
  1.3             highways and vacating one state highway; repealing 
  1.4             Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 161.115, subdivisions 
  1.5             122, 197, 204, 233. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER; HIGHWAYS TRANSFERRED OR VACATED; 
  1.8   EFFECTIVE DATES.] 
  1.9      Subdivision 1.  [TRANSFER OF LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 191.] 
  1.10  (a) Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 161.115, subdivision 122, 
  1.11  is repealed on the date the transfer of jurisdiction of 
  1.12  Legislative Route No. 191 is agreed to by the commissioner of 
  1.13  transportation and Traverse county and a copy of the agreement, 
  1.14  signed by the commissioner and the chair of the Traverse county 
  1.15  board, has been filed in the office of the commissioner. 
  1.16     (b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route 
  1.17  identified in paragraph (a) from Minnesota Statutes unless the 
  1.18  commissioner of transportation notifies the revisor in writing 
  1.19  that the conditions required to transfer the route were not 
  1.20  satisfied. 
  1.21     Subd. 2.  [TRANSFER OF LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 266.] (a) 
  1.22  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 161.115, subdivision 197, is 
  1.23  repealed on the date the transfer of jurisdiction of Legislative 
  1.24  Route No. 266 is agreed to by the commissioner of transportation 
  1.25  and Nobles county and a copy of the agreement, signed by the 
  2.1   commissioner and the chair of the Nobles county board, has been 
  2.2   filed in the office of the commissioner. 
  2.3      (b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route 
  2.4   identified in paragraph (a) from Minnesota Statutes unless the 
  2.5   commissioner of transportation notifies the revisor in writing 
  2.6   that the conditions required to transfer the route were not 
  2.7   satisfied. 
  2.8      Subd. 3.  [TRANSFER OF LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 273.] (a) 
  2.9   Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 161.115, subdivision 204, is 
  2.10  repealed on the date the transfer of jurisdiction of Legislative 
  2.11  Route No. 273 is agreed to by the commissioner of transportation 
  2.12  and Redwood county and a copy of the agreement, signed by the 
  2.13  commissioner and the chair of the Redwood county board, has been 
  2.14  filed in the office of the commissioner. 
  2.15     (b) The revisor of statutes shall delete the route 
  2.16  identified in paragraph (a) from Minnesota Statutes unless the 
  2.17  commissioner of transportation notifies the revisor in writing 
  2.18  that the conditions required to transfer the route were not 
  2.19  satisfied. 
  2.20     Subd. 4.  [VACATION OF LEGISLATIVE ROUTE NO. 302.] 
  2.21  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 161.115, subdivision 233, is 
  2.22  repealed.
